Mine was mixed with Gatorade, so the taste not bad. This is the 1st time prep gave me any issues, and the 1st time recovery was felt too, rough day. At least 6, a few dime sized, doc wasn't pleased with what he found, not saying anything until after biopsies come back, and results from another test i had to do after. But I am doing atrack event this weekend and currently enjoying Savannah nightlife. Wouldn't do any good to dwell, so put some new R1s on the S and ready to play
