I had several Pintos and loved them, with the 2.3 L engine, they were pretty quick, and could power brake on hot roads for long distances

I had an '81 citation (nearly 10 years old when I got it) with the 2.5L 4, and then later I had a Citation X-11 with the 2.8L 6. Both are GM "X-body" cars. The Omega was slow and boring. The only problem that I had in it was when the front trans seal blew, probably because I was manually shifting it. The X-11 was much more fun to drive, and not really that bad in the grand scheme of things. I had a '91 Mercury Topaz that was worse than both of the X-body cars.
Right now I'm driving a Jeep Patriot. It's a fwd economy car clothed as an SUV. It's not horrible, but it's certainly not good either. It needs more power, but then the torque steer would be much worse. I'd never buy one, that's for sure.
