The 996 Turbo has a different exhaust set up. The mufflers on the Carrera are house in the side of the quarter panels were as the the Turbo has the intercooler in each side of the quarter panels. The exhaust on the turbo are attached to the engine carrier via steel straps and a bracket. The straps hold the bracket in place and the bracket is bolted to the engine carrier. I will try to post a photo of this from my Turbo to aid in Mr.Weiss installation.
