Ah, not quite. It is combination of salary (my full time contract for July 1 16 thru June 30 17) is 51k, so I'm over that limit. BUT... it is also how your job duties are described. Since I spend less than 50% of my time teaching workshops (something we do) or doign software development, I don't have a job description that will make me exempt.
