Keep in mind that the way reimbursement is determined is changing. I don't think anyone knows what lay just over the horizon. I just treat my patients they way I would want my family to be treated and figure it will all shake out okay. Used to be that I thought everyone practiced about the same way. I have come to know that there are not a lot of doctors that handle their business the way I do.
