If you don't, then don't start with this one. The same rifle in .308 will be far cheaper to shoot, just as accurate, and every bit as capable in most peoples' hands.

Jeff - funny you bring up the 6.5 Swede. Buddy I was shooting with yesterday brought his 1900's(ish) 6.5 Swede Carbine. Very accurate and sweet shooter. I had my old Mosin there as well. My shoulder hurts this morning!
This is just a hobby for me. I have a safe full of a wide variety of weapons but nothing that is hyper accurate. I'm sure I could do just fine with a less expensive gun or caliber, but the RPR in 6.5 CM has caught my eye.
