Bob is one of those people.

He got mad a both me and my brother Tom because we would not buy the plans and build a generator that makes electricity out of thin air. Even tried showing him where people posted that it was a scam and the guy that made the video showing a working one was thrown in jail for fraud. He says they are all working for the big energy companies to keep the technology a secret.

He had also fallen for one of those Nigerian scams. He was upset that our fraud people wouldn't go prosecute the scammers even though they were in Nigeria.
