When you talk about bullying act like you are a bully and like picking on people. Start picking on the interviewer. Then break down and tell them you were always bullyed and you were getting along fine until they brought it up and why can't people just leave you alone about this stuff.
Or just keep saying...Bullying. It's baaad, mmmkay.
If anyone tried to be a bully in my neighborhood growing up, I sicked my Dad on them. We had empty lots behind our house and a lot of neighborhood kids played there. If someone acted a bully Dad would go to their parents. One of them the kid got grounded for two weeks, when he came back he was a nice guy. There were 3 others. Their parents acted like they didn't care. My Dad whipped off his belt and whooped the kids a55 right in front of the parents. Then told them if he saw or heard of their kid acting up and bullying the other kids he would do it again. Two of them their families moved away within a month. The other one was from 3 blocks away and we never saw him again.
