Our Jacob had a problem with a bully a few weeks ago. My son wasn't scared as much as frustrated that he couldn't just beat the kid up. We explained the consequences of that and reinforced the "tell an adult" option. He finally did and the kid was removed from school for a few days.

The VP told us that the kid was picking on several students but ours was the only one that spoke up. Come to find out from Jake that the kid was picking on one of his friends and that made him mad enough to talk about it.

Haven't got the call yet so I'm hoping that they don't want to talk to me.
