I happened to me a few time before, the USPS shipping disappear when checking out.
Last night I build the basket and the reduced shipping (due to weight) was 16.75 but it jump to 28.75 upon checkout which I only noticed when I got the confirmation e-mail.
This morning I try it again and this time the checkout cost for the 5 days ground shipping stayed at 16.75.
I call their "second to none" Customer Service and the young lady fixed it right away.
