My brother loves hunting. He figures there have been over 100 deer carried home on the roof of his Westfallia VW camper. Mostly with bow and arrow. In Alabama the legal limit is high. He got 18 in one year and never came close to the limit. They eat a lot of venison.
I have just never cared for hunting. Its the camping part that I really hate.
My parents REALLY got in fishing when I was in high school. Every teenager hates it when they come home from work after school and the parents are gone until Sunday afternoon. That was my fate for several years. Then they came home with lots of fresh lake fish I was forced to eat. It was a horrible childhood.
Much like going to a pristine beach at Bellows Air Force Station all the time and spending a week at a time with the beach right outside the lanai. The beach was about 3/4 of a mile of pristine white sand and maybe a dozen people on a busy day. Yep, I was abused.
