Beautiful - just gotta love the old Smiths.
I get kinda quirky about a few things (as many of you may have noticed). One of my weirder quirks is the whole .44 vs. .45 thing. To me, .44's - Special or Magnum - are S&W's, where .45's - ACP or Long Colt - are Colts. I've never had a .45 caliber S&W, nor a .44 caliber Colt. I have Rugers in both, but there really are no "traditional" Ruger calibers. Just one of those things.
Here's my only N frame for the moment (in .44 mag, of course). I'm not sure it's long for my possession - it's not really "me", with its 6" barrel and nickel finish. I want to turn it into a blued 4" someday...
