Yes, with appropriate adjustments any early year MFI should be able provide enough gas to feed a 3.2 or larger displacement motor. It has to be modified but Pacific Injection, Supertec or MFIWerks, etc. routinely tweak the pump for that purpose. There are typically other things that need to be done to heads, manifolds, throttlbodies, to make it work.
