Help needed:

When the car was resprayed the doors were removed and the wiring disconnected. The paint shop forgot the connect the wires, so the doors have to come off again to reconnect them, as well as feed through some new automotive speaker cable - the previous owner used domestic, single strand wire for a gramophone...

Whilst doing this, I thought it would be a good time to address another door issue in that the gaps are all wrong. The driver door appears to have dropped a bit, and the passenger door is too forward, leaving a bigger gap on the handle size.

How do I fix the gaps? Please help....
