Of course, each model (down to finish!) has to be $ubmitted for $afety te$ting along with a few grand in fee$. Every year. Of course, if you are a cop you can order anything you want for personal use....
If you go to Buds online there is a filter for Cali legal. And they have good prices, even if you do have to pay the silly DROS and FFL fees. Confirm with your local dealer before ordering, some won't do business with places like Buds... too cheap to compete against.
