Ripping off interior walls is not an option.
"My house was built in 1911. Wood frame. Not insulated. Wainscoting and built-ins cover most of the downstairs walls."
Trapping moisture would be a worry in the PNW climate.
Electrical has all been done. Yeah, I wish they'd added a few more outlets but I can live with it. Plumbing and HVAC all done too.
