I reuse all of my motor oil...

This is what I do:

1. I drain it into a CLEAN pail and am careful to not get any dirt into the pail.
2. I change the oil filter using a different pail to capture the spillage and invevitable debris.
3. I fill up the engine with new oil.
4. I dump the old oil into the fuel tank on my 1995 Mack gravel truck. This saves me a trip to the oil disposal and I get paid $1.00/Liter for my old oil.

I have only put oil back into the 911 once. This was when I had to redo a valve adjustment about 12 years ago.
