Over the years, I had:
1987 4X4 Xtra Cab SR5 wrote off - got T boned
1986 4X4 Xtra Cab wrote off - T boned bus - lucky to be alive
1984 4X4 Regular Cab Shortbox with carb
1987 4Runner SR5
1980 4X4 with Weber carb, headers, wolverine cam - that 20R was as quick as my dad's 87 SR5 with the Turbo Gas engine
1988 4Runner V6
And a couple old Landcruiser. My wife still drives a Lexus LX450 with the lockers and JDM factory winch.
Awesome trucks, the newer ones like my Tundra, not so much.
