Looking at a few websites, it looks like the variant of the G50 associated with this Housing is as follows:
Trans type: G50/03, G50/04, G50/05
Original equipment for: Porsche 911/964 Carrera 2, 1990-1994
Not sure if it can be used on a Variant as a bell swap..
