Sounds like you have bigger brake issues. If you have sticky pistons in your calipers a simple fluid flush isn't going to make it go away. Could be corrosion or rust on the piston itself. Do it correctly, find the squeak in your MC, fix that, then fix the sticky pistons. Don't cheap out on brakes.
