True Story. Working for Barris back in the day I delivered a car to Redd's house up on Mulholland Dr.. I was let on to the property by a huge guy we called Bear. I told Bear I had to use the phone to call the shop so they would come pick me up. Bear says no problem and turns and enters the house from the garage, I follow. About ten steps in Bear realizes I was right behind him, turns and plants his huge hand in the middle of my chest and says " you can't be in here. Redd would have my a$$ if he knew I let a white guy into his house". Redd apparently liked white guys about as much as he liked the IRS.
