Pics would be good. But like I said above, you rarely ever find any mid year with that kind of paperwork. Silver is the best color for a mid year Targa. It may be an investment grade mid year, but without photos it's hard to tell.
There is a 1975 Targa on BaT right now. I would follow this to see where it goes. You rarely ever see one that clean either.
