Wondering if anyone has suggestions on how to paint the hatch trim?
Mine is peeling, and looks previous owners took a try at it and failed.
It looks to be chrome or shiny smooth plastic underneath. The rubber coating comes off in chunks, but I don't really want to try to peel it all off.
Usually the recipe for painting is to rough up the surface, but doesn't look like that was done to the chrome.
Any suggestions?
