Oh if I had to go after a deer in the nearest woods (across the road) I'd be totin' my Ruger 44 mag carbine. Nice gold bead on a post w/ a large ghost ring at the back. Skeet clays at 75 yards no problem, longest possible shot would be 50 yards...
