I'm on fire! Well, not literally. I've been out in the barn working on the 924s nearly every day and the project is moving forward briskly...after not moving forward for a long time.

Being on fire might be nice, as it's about 20 degrees in the barn and the cold weather is not making this easier. I'm okay if it's above freezing. Below freezing and I start to feel a bit uncomfortable.

Today, I was able to strip out two of the flywheel bolt heads. I'm not too worried about it, as options remain. Aside from the stripping of the bolt heads, I was smart. I broke the crankshaft pulley bolt loose before attempting to remove the flywheel. I am going to replace the timing and balance shaft belts before the car hits the road again.

My plan for tomorrow is to get the two flywheel bolts out. I may weld a nut to the bolt heads and turn them out. If that does not work, I will probably drill the heads off. No profanity has been used yet, so that remains an option too.
