Zoning laws only apply to closed i.e. 4 wall structures and So long a rain drains onto my property I'm clear. The concrete driveway is 4cm thick. I plan to use either metal pads or 2cm thick concrete tiles to help spread the weight. I did google image searches too.
Something like this cost about $15,000
But does solve my parts storage issue.
I can get 2 4hX2.5wX1.5d meter pallet racks for $700.
