For power, I have a battery in a marine box, and I was able to stuff all of the relays and winch controls in as well. I have a 175 AMP disconnect on the box, and made a long lead off the winch using a pair of jumper cables. I don't have the trailer here at the moment, but I'll try to post a pic of the winch and the battery setup.
