The broker / agent differentiation is not accurate in all states. I am in Oregon. We don't differentiate. Independent agents I know have zero affiliation with the big brokerage houses. For the best of the clients. Those big brokers want nothing to do with small businesses.
Hey POP, get an architect focused broker and you will be happier. Local association for a referral.
