Rusnak Volvo did the same thing before we even took delivery of the car! I bought my wife a new XC60 right before they closed. They said everybody left, so they would prep and detail it in the morning and that I could pick it up at 10am. When I got there at 10am the next day, the passenger door looked just like your truck. They said they would fix it, and that I could pick it up in a week. I refused the vehicle. They fought me for about three days. When I called my lawyer he said I never "took delivery" of the vehicle and he wrote them a letter. All I did was mention the lawyer and they let me take a different XC60. PITA, but I wasn't buying a new SUV with Bondo on the door.
