Just out of curiosity....

Someone at a gas station backs into your Porsche and smashes the rear end. Police ask the gas station for their surveillance tapes. What should they do? Or what would you want them to do? What about home security cameras? Wire taps?

The time has come and gone for privacy, long ago. This is hardly any more Orwellian than anything we do not already have.
