Also, remember the lag time between you speaking and the sound getting to the other person. Wait the extra second or two before you start to talk. In the meantime, don't move much, or move slowly as you adjust your body naturally so your head on the screen doesn't seem to much out of synch with the sound. Speak as naturally as you can as you compensate for the time lag.
Don't comment on or get distracted by artifacts in the other party's background. It's excellent advice to look into the camera rather than the screen. Remember that you're trying to make a good impression based on what the other person sees, your view is unimportant.
