The DIY relates to non XI cars, on the XI the Lower ball joint on the Lower Rearward is facing down and is pressed on the knuckle (pressed up but pointed down) (not sure if pressed or just rusted in there?) and has 2 T50 torx bolts holding it in.
I've read where people hammer it out or even drill it out. I really don't want to pound on the spindle. I'm figuring there has to be a ball joint removal tool that is used?
