I believe that for any pre 1981 Porsche, you have to get the COA. You can order one from PCNA for about $118 bucks. But it does take about 6 weeks to get it in mail.

Otherwise, your best choice is to look at the door tag for the paint number code, and see if the engine number and the transmission number are correct for the 1975. However even if their are, it still will not confirm it being matching to this particular vehicle.

PS, any Porsche with the 17 number vin (1981 and later) you can obtain the build sheet through Sun Coast Porche Parts via email for $10 bucks. It might not be fully complete, but better than nothing.
