Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....

A few years ago in So Cal they were shooting at random, hitting innocent civilians just in case one of them MIGHT be the cop killer.
Different rules apply and if that does't make you nervous you aren't paying attention.

I strongly disagree to your statement. If someone is willing to do this to a member of law enforcement, then what do you think they would do to a civilian or family of the general public?
