You can clean the headlights although it is a royal PITA. Might be easier to buy some H4's if you can find them.
I found using a thin cotton cloth with cleaner attached to a flexible pickup device like this https://www.zoro.com/general-mechanical-pick-up-lighted-36-in-l-70399/i/G3615534/?gclid=CMaQx8eqz9ECFZqLswodQ5UHoA&gclsrc=aw.ds will allow you to clean the lens. The grabber allows you to move it around when inserting it through the bulb opening and you can twirl it to get into the crevices. It takes time and patience and then you need to have dry compressed air to blow them out and allow to dry before reinstalling. I almost forgot you need to remove the vent at the base while doing this and reinstall after they have dried.
