I drove the SC in 100 degree weather for 4 hours on the way back from a vacation. Although it wasn't horrible I would have rather had a/c. The nice thing about a 911 is that you don't get engine heat in the front like a normal car. I was by myself so I had the window and fresh air vents wide open.
Another opportunity came my way yesterday. I got a call from a wife's relative that a band he knows needs a drummer for some studio work. He suggested me and I am waiting on a call. I have no idea what type of music it is but unless it's gangsta rap I'm going to give it a shot.
