The $10k i was referring to was just for the engine & trans hopefully... I know body work can be expensive. I'd like to try and tackle that myself, most of it anyways.
I'm not a talented fabricator, perhaps I can become one, so i'd prefer things that almost bolt together. So keeping a Porsche motor is the preference. Also I assume the 2.5 motor is lighter than a LS V8, but perhaps i'm mistaken. Does anyone know the stock weight of a 944 drivetrain?
