16 transactions is a sufficient statistic to draw a highly probable conclusion from.
It did appear when looking at the sales chronologically that the market was in fact stable throughout the year, neither increasing or declining. Unfortunately this was not a real time analysis that would allow the tracking of mileage and originality which I have determined appear to be the most differentiating characteristics.
