What countries still use Imperial, let's see?

Yup Myanmar and Liberia are two countries we really want to be compared to!

Also, everything in Engineering in this country is done in Metric, it’s pretty much just stuff sold to the public that’s still referred to in Imperial. Try find an Imperial fastener on any modern Domestic automobile, nope, not there unless it’s some weird legacy part. Cars are completely designed in Metric, with the exception of wheel size. We even use metric for rolling radius on tires. Of course Lockheed Martin really screwed the pooch when they received a contract from NASA (you know, an official Government agency) specifying that everything needs to me Metric, but they went ahead and provided information in Imperial units causing the very public embarrassment of crashing the Mars lander.

There’s even a push to allow voluntary labeling of packaging in metric only.

The UK seems to do OK with everything in Metric except speed in mph, why can’t we go that way too?

But as I say, why let redneck rhetoric get in the way of truth?

Also while we’re at it, what the hell is with the ass backwards system of dates here that go Month, Day, Year? The rest of the world and the US Government use the far more sensible increase system of Day, Month, Year. Stills screws my head in when I’m asked for my date of birth, I have to say it in full using April not ‘4’ otherwise I get it wrong and I’ve lived here for coming on 23 years now.
