Agree with JB. Individually balanced.
I replaced the original dual row pulley on my former '87 Carrera with a brand new single pulley from Porsche and had no issues with imbalance/vibration.
If you want to get all you can out of the pulley replacement, why not install an aluminum alloy pulley. Rothsport makes a nice one.
