It is pictures like that that make me realize that our great-grandparents, grandparents and others were made of stronger stuff long forgotten. The things our families did back then to earn a living are mind boggling. We as a modern society have become quite soft I'm afraid. When helping a supervisor move several years back, it took four of us to move an extra engine block for his model-A. He showed us a vintage production picture where two guys did the same job.


Note the uniform of the day. A button up shirt and tie. The wife tells me about people showing up at the local courthouse in shorts, tank tops, hats repping everything from gangs to OMG groups etc. no respect for the system anymore it seems.













A large set of plumbs were required back then.......
