Finally Had My Work Published !

Hi all! I wanted to share with you my work and vision being presented in a just published book "1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS in Detail"available via Amazon. While I have had other works subject in major bike and car ( hobby ) magazines, this one is different. This book is written by the authority of Chevelle history, correctness and option list as well as the idiosycronisities of the brand and each plant that assembled them at that time.

I've posted pix a few times in the past of my survivor 1970 SS LS5 454. I saw myself as more caretaker than owner, the process more maintaining it's survivor status using original parts instead of a 'restoration'.

I have many motorized passions in life starting at a very early age (9 or so), but the 1970 454 SS Chevelle easily top 3 to this day. I've owned 17 Chevelles to date at my now 57 year old self, most of which were '70 big block cars where I could never not tinker with them. I found this particular car as I gave up trying to find an original LS6 car with my budget and time frame to complete the work.

All the work except matching parts of the factory laquer paint was done by me. It was my vision, my hands, my geekness. While I may never reach the talent or accolades of people like Chip Foose or some of the people in high- end Porsche restoration. Today I actually DO have that feeling!!

Enjoy!
