Clearly an issue in the primary circuit somewhere. I would start by examining the plug at the ignitor. I have seen cases where the wire connector was not firmly seated in the plastic housing for the plug, and therefor not making a good electrical connection. The wire connectors snap and lock into the plug housing. Typically you can push the connector back into the housing and snap it back into place. If that is not it start tracing it back using the wiring diagram. Check the plug at the ECU, DME and related components as well.
