yeah, and you can get a turbo that's in real good condition for $8k-$9k, too. $4k in modifications will get you BIG hp, if you so desire.
mine is stock except for a lindsey boost enhancer ($90) and weltmeister chips ($399), and puts out flywheel 255+ hp/300 tq! that's only on $500!
