I'd run from this 928 where are you in the country ( or out of it for that matter ). Go to
WWW.RECYCLER.COM and check out the 928's and 944's forsale I think you will find that even your 8k is high for a car with this kind of problems. at 11K you can have a nice s4 928 with low miles or a monster 944T depends on what you want.. Also the big advantage of these cars is that you can work on them if you are not going to I'd have to tell you to think twice about getting either the resale value won't hold up aginst too many heavy repairs that are done in a shop.
