Horsey power and using it. Too much hp can get you in to all kinds of trouble. You can wrap that thing around a tree, get a nice fat ticket, and generally it makes any vehicle hard to control. Yeup hp is a macho thing, sure you can tell your buddies you are squeezin' out 500 bhp, but in a different field, aviation those numbers are small! LOL! Hell an old bomber makes round' 2000+ in one of its 2-4 engines, in a turbo prop its known as shp, or shaft horsey power. 7000 shp is not uncommon.

Now on the drag strip its also necessary, but those ol' boys crunch em' up with the best of them. Yahh you want some good numbers, but remember you also have to control that thing....
