I can buy a set of LN Nickies that are 102.7mm and have the case spigot machined to 106.5mm . Using the 964 crank and cams gives me a displacement of 3.797l. Not that I think the .05 of a liter is going to make THAT much of a difference

I can put a set of 106mm LN Nickies on a 964 block, requiring the case to be machined, as well. i can't remember the spigot measurement requirement for those though.

If I put a gt3 crank with an 80.4 stroke on that same 3.2 with the 102.7mm Nickies ( they are much more efficient at heat transfer than the Andial set up was ) I can get 3.996 liters of displacement from a 3.2 THe issue with this setup aside from heat transfer and cylinder stability at the base is that the gt3 crank with the 80.4 stroke will definitely toss a rod into the oil pump case. That's why I think I need a different oil pump, or maybe just machine the oil pump case a bit.
Now granted, I've not dne this nor really talked with anyne who has. I am trying to learn how it's don. I doubt I'll be able to afford to do it for a good long while but I do like to know as much as I can so I can make informed decisions on what's possible without budget constraint and then see how I can make a budget for it.
