I got caught in a snow storm on I-95 (from DC to Baltimore). The roads were fine in DC. By the time I got halfway there, there was 4-5 inches on the road. I had a hard time keeping it straight. Fishtailed like crazy, spun out a couple time (with oncoming trucks), and hit a guardrail. I never drove it in the snow again.
Also, just for reference, I lived in Boston for years and learned to drive in the snow. I had an 81 Trans Am that was also no picnic in the snow, but far better then my 83 944.
