And it was fast too. 3 days and it there was enough dead flesh to take it off with surgery including a toe.
Wasn't quite as fast as the infection my nieces son got in Rolla Mo not long after I got mine.
His started with a scratch on is side. Within the hour it took him to get to the hospital it grew to 8 inches diameter.
He rushed to the hospital because he could see it getting bigger and it was turning black in the middle right before his eyes.
In the time it took them to med flight him to St Louis it was more than twice that size.
Buy the time they got him into surgery which was immediately it was half way around his body and went from his underarm to his knee.
His was mostly just his skin though.

I cut my finger pretty badly a few days ago, the laceration runs almost half the circumference of the finger and I felt it hit bone. After keeping a lot of pressure on it for about 15 minutes, the bleeding had slowed enough for me to put a ton of dermabond on it. Dermabond is great. Aside from being able to dry while blood is still oozing, it dries fast and kills any germs that get in the wound.
