haycait911, I should have been more clear, I've only had to pay duty on vehicles newer than 15 years that fall into the RIV criteria and the VIN doesn't start with a 1,2,3,4,or 5. Over 15 years and they're pretty much all exempt. Just GST and PST if you have it.
